Every project begins with a written scope document describing the deliverables, price and delivery date. Work starts after you approve the scope. Changes requested after approval are quoted separately.
Quotes are fixed-price and valid for 30 days. Unless agreed otherwise, projects are billed 50% up front and 50% on delivery; small fixes under $250 are billed in full on delivery.
Deliverables include unencrypted source code and installation documentation. Delivery dates assume timely access to required APIs, credentials and test environments; delays in providing these extend the timeline accordingly.
Every project includes 30 days of free bug-fix support from the date of delivery, covering defects in the delivered code under the documented configuration. Changes to third-party APIs, platform upgrades and new feature requests are quoted separately or covered by a maintenance plan.
Upon full payment you receive ownership of the custom code we deliver for you. We may reuse generic, non-client-specific techniques and libraries in other work. We do not resell your custom modules.
We treat your project details, credentials and business information as confidential, and we are happy to sign your NDA before any details are shared.
Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect damages, including lost revenue or data, arising from the use of delivered software.
